ZTOCKIT APP AND SYSTEM

The inventory can easily be made through our mobile application, available both for Android and Apple. Or in a web browser on a desktop computer but also in mobile browser, without installing the app.

INVENTORY

No matter if you own an arena, hotel, grocery store, clothing store, restaurant, bar, cafe or nightclub - everything can be inventoried with ZtockIT. ZtockIT offers the opportunity to do an inventory monthly, weekly, once or several times a day depending on your business needs. ZtockIT has an approval flow, when it is completed show each Unit’s stock balance per station/stock room. The stock balance is available through a web report or in an Excel report.

SPILLAGE TRACKER

Sometimes accidents happen and with our Spillage tracker it is possible to register what has happened, which product was damaged and the quantity which was wasted. Examples of occasions when Spillage tracking may be relevant is when a person has slipped on the stairs and dropped a box of beer or if a leakage has occurred in one of your stock rooms and all of your goods have been destroyed. Spillage balance is presented through a web report or in an Excel report.

REQUSITION

When a Unit places an internal order of goods i.e. where goods are moved from an internal stock room to a specific station. This is handled through Requisition, where all internal orders are entered and then displayed in the Requisition list. For instance, ZtockIT enables you to easily place an order with the quantity of a specific products your bar needs, by e.g. tomorrow. The person responsible for Requisition can view the internal orders in a Requisition list and can administer the delivery of products in a cost-efficient manner.

PRODUCT TRACKING

Product Tracking shows how goods have been moved within a Unit, with the ability to see who moved which goods from a station/stock room to another station/stock room. This function is primarily usable for larger businesses with a lot of staff and many stations/stock rooms. It will help with tracking of goods in case something goes missing.

STOCK HANDLING

Compare your purchases against sales and view your stock balance in real time. The system can be connected to your Cash register and through our delivery registration functionality, you will be able to quickly and easily register deliveries in the system. The system then shows the stock balance per product in your Unit.

Ordering

Create product orders in the system. The system supports different order approval flows, where an order cannot be sent until all approvers have approved. You can view your order history in the system and order status* and track the ordered products and the subsequent deliveries via the Delivery registration.

Order optimization

The system has supporting functionality for optimization of your purchases of products, where prices are collected from several suppliers. Products found via the order optimization are then handled as a normal order with approvals etc.

Delivery Registration

Deliveries can be registered against an order, but also without an underlying order. The Delivery Registration enables you to have control over the delivered products, compared with what was ordered and what has been delivered in general.

AUTHORITY AND USER ACCESS

The system has different user groups, that control the access to the system’s information and functionality.
